We know ladies love salad when they are in slimming process. Or those health conscious people love salad as well. How you gonna become sexier while taking yummy salad ? This is one of my favorite Greek Salad ( Why Greek ? cos we have Feta cheese in it ) that for sure I must eat once a week. Here you go
3 Tomotoes
1 Bell Pepper
1/2 Onion
4oz Feta Cheese
Dressing ( Must mix well )
3tsp White Vinegar
2tsp Olive Oil
1tsp Sugar
1/2tsp Salt ( Preferably Sea Salt or Bamboo Salt )
1)Peel the onion. Rinse and shred.
2)Cut the bell pepper in half. Remove the seed and stem. Rinse and cut into strips.
3)Rinse the tomatoes. Remove the stems and cut into pieces.
4)Dice the cheese thickly. Keep it refrigerated.
5)Put onion, bell pepper, tomatoes and Feta cheese into bowl. Pour the dressing on top and mix it well. Refrigerate for 10mins before serving.
